The Best SEO Services to Help your Business Win the Ranking Race

Businesses today need to have a solid presence online to be noticed by their customers. The only perceivable way that a business would not benefit from having a high quality, optimized website would be if a business had a target audience that did not use the internet. So, unless your customers are primarily Amish, you will need to work on building your online presence. To do this, you will need to take the time to learn some of the best SEO services. You can hire an inbound marketing agency to help implement more specific tactics to drive traffic to your site, however, there are a couple things that businesses can easily do on their own to jumpstart their internet marketing. If you’d like a head start when it comes to the best SEO services, here are some techniques that have been tested and proven to improve a business’s SEO.

Two of the Best SEO Services:

1.      Blogging:
One of the best things you can do for your website, no matter what industry you are in, is to create a blog. Search engines rank websites higher when they have more pages of applicable content. Each blog post creates a new page on your website, so write a blog and watch your ranking soar.
You are an expert in your field, so why not share your knowledge with your clients and customers? Not only is writing a blog a fun way to help educate and entertain your readers, you can also benefit greatly from the SEO that will ensue when you optimize your blog. To optimize, you will need to use keywords and place them strategically throughout your posts.
(Quick FYI: Blogging & keywords are intertwined; however finding the right keywords is a whole different ballgame. See #2)
When you are writing your blog post, make sure that you are using the keywords in a natural, conversational way and that it occurs in the title, the images, andnumerous times in the body of the article. You will also want that keyword somewhere in the Meta description and tags as well. This is going to be an ongoing process. Tend to your blog when you can; write often and on a schedule to encourage readership. Remember, you are an expert in your field so don’t be intimidated if you aren’t a “writer.” Your blog should be about 600 or more words and as long as it is relevant to your industry, feel free to have a little fun with it and get creative!

2.      Keywords:
Keywords can be your best friend when optimizing you website for SEO. The reason keywords are one of the best SEO services is because they serve to assist search engines in providing better results to their users. Whether you are a keyword-savvybusiness, a search engine wanting to provide better results, or someone who is surfing the web for more targeted results, when you use keywords correctly it becomes a win-win-win for all involved.
There are several free tools on the internet that can help you choose the right keywords to focus on. AdWords, a Google tool, will let users look up specific keywords of your own or find the keywords of your competitors. Then the tool will determine the competition for each keyword as well as the global and local monthly searches it receives. You’ll want to try and find keywords with a low level of competition that still have a high number of searches. This way you can more easily rank for a keyword, while still getting a fair amount of traffic. If a keyword you are searching for is too high in regards to competition, try zeroing in on a more specific, long-tail keyword.
Writing a blog and creating keywords are going to be long-term, ongoing strategies for your website. It may be difficult at first, but these two strategies should become ingrained in your marketing approach over time. These two best SEO service will work for your website to continually bring in more and more ideal traffic to your website. When you blog and focus on the right keywords, your website rankings will steadily start to rise. Start implementing these two best SEO services today and reap the benefits of Real Estate SEO. Keeping up with the Joneses

A couple weeks ago I looked up from my ancient flip phone and realized that I was surrounded by people who were tapping away on their smart phones, accessing the internet, playing games, using apps and basically, doing much cooler things than my flip phone could ever dream of. It was, at best, a paper weight. And so, I bought a smart phone and a whole new world opened up to me. Virtually everything that can be done on the internet can be done via your phone now. I learned quickly that falling behind in this mobile world is a huge mistake. However, like me, you can also catch up to everyone else. You simply have to tweak your marketing strategies to include mobile marketing. It may sound like hard work but there are mobile marketing agencies out there that can work with you to develop a plan for your business. Here are some tips to get you started:
1.      Define your goals. What do you want to accomplish with your mobile marketing campaign? Do you want to promote brand awareness and collect information about your customers or do you want to do only the bare minimum and create a mobile-friendly website? Clearly defining your objectives and budget will help mobile marketing agencies better customize a solution for you.

2.      Decide what tactics you are going to use. It really depends on what type of business you have and what goals you are trying to accomplish. If you want to promote your brand, contests and sweepstakes work quite well. If you want to encourage conversations with your customers, try engaging them with polls, trivia, surveys and more. Talk with a mobile marketing agency to hone in on your objectives and strategy.

3.      Since data is the new currency in today’s business world, mobile marketing tactics are a great tool in receiving useful information about your customers.  However, you must follow the accepted privacy practices. Have you ever had your phone bombarded by junk mail?  And then, desperate to de-clutter, you frantically had to find the “unsubscribe” button on all of the unwanted email? Those “opt-in” and “opt-out” options must be available to your viewers. If you talk to mobile marketing agencies, they’ll assist you with this process.

4.      Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends. The internet is constantly changing and with many of us glued to our phones 24/7, most people are highly aware of what’s hip and what’s not  when it comes to technology. Do not be left behind. Mobile marketing agencies can lend some advice on this subject as well—it’s their job to stay ahead of the curve.

5.      Know the importance of customer loyalty. When people are happy with your business, they will be more likely to share with their peers. Offer freebies that they’ll actually enjoy and give them incentives to stay subscribed to your business. Ask yourself, what can you give your customers that they will actually want or need?
In this highly mobile, technologically advanced world, it is crucial for businesses to keep up with the Joneses. As a matter of fact, be the Joneses. Stay on top of how technology is changing. Don’t fall behind like I did with that dinosaur of a phone. Get your brand out there by contacting Mobile Marketing Agencies and coming up with a customized solution for your business today. Mobile marketing strategies will do wonders for your business— your competition should be wondering how to keep up with you!

Combining Ecommerce and Retail to Increase Customer Purchases

Many retailers have embraced e-commerce website design and ecommerce internet marketing strategies to reach out to customers in the digital sphere as well as in store. Others, on the other hand, are not yet on board with the online retailing explosion, and are missing out on ample opportunities to drive profits and increase market share. Rather than remaining hesitant or waiting to take a big plunge into e-commerce website design, consider transitioning slowly to allow time to for adjustments and best practices to manifest.

Joining On and Offline
Many retailers have realized it is smarter to embrace e-commerce web design rather than fight the trend and miss out growth potential. Consumer behaviors and patterns have changed in light of the online retailing boom, with more shoppers inclined to compare prices online after finding an item in a physical store. Some will even come into a store, try on clothes and then seek out a lower price for the item online. One way to combine the advertising efforts of a retail store and the ecommerce internet marketing strategies for an online store are to merge the two tactics into one complementary process.

Many retailers are maintaining bricks-and-mortars while also promoting specials on their ecommerce platforms. In doing so, stores can transform physical outlets into extensions of online operations to prevent customers from trying on and buying somewhere else. Rather, a shopper can browse, research and order an item from an e-commerce web design and then pick up the purchase in store to save money on shipping.

In doing so, the shopper has the advantage and convenience of purchasing whenever, wherever, without paying shipping costs. Likewise, the shopper can also make a quick return or exchange in-store from an online purchase, also avoiding shipping costs or prolonged processing. The retailer can benefit by getting the shopper into the store to pick up the item which may lead to more purchases.  Online orders for in-store pickups are often larger transactions than typical in-purchase stores because customers have time to browse options from the comfort of their homes with no rush. The convenience aspect drives success for in-store and online transactions, helping customers stay loyal to a brand.

When first launching an e-commerce website design to attract shoppers, consider creating coupon codes or other promotions. eCommerce Internet Marketing strategies have more options for retailers including the use of social media and promo codes to connect online purchases with in-store activities.

Would you like to increase the amount that your company purchases? Have you considered adding an eCommerce component to your website? If so, we are here to help. Contact Claiborne at cyarbrough@paveya.com. We are here to help your business grow!

Paveya’s Team is In Place for Relay for Life

Each year, cancer claims the life of someone we know.  In an effort to find a cure to this horrible disease, the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life brings communities together to raise money and awareness for finding a cure.

At Paveya, we are proud, once again,to participate in the 2013 Outer Banks Relay for Life.  To raise money, we are asking clients and area businesses to sponsor at least one of the 101 laps we set as our goal to complete.

In return for their participation, we will feature the businesses as a Relay for Life sponsor on our newly designed website with links back to their websites.  Additionally, our team members will wear the business’ logos when walking or running their sponsored laps.

Locally set for May 18-19, 2013 at First Flight High School in Kitty Hawk, Relay for Life is a long standing campaign that is held in communities throughout the country.  Team members take turns walking or running laps around tracks or paths at local schools or parks for up to 24 hours.  The goal is to have someone on the track throughout the entire event.  Not only does it raise money and awareness about the need to find a cure for cancer, but Relay for Life allow friends and loved ones the opportunity to honor those who have battled cancer or are currently fighting it.

As a part of a locally owned and operated business that serves the Outer Banks, the staff at Paveya strongly believes in the importance of giving back to the community.  Brett McIntyre, Creative Director at Paveya, says “as a company, we not only do our part to give monetarily, we understand the need to participate in important events such as Relay for Life and look forward to this event every year.”

Because we believe in the importance of helping causes that directly benefit the community, we focus on three main areas of need:  health, fighting hunger, and education.  We contribute through monetary and by participating in community programs that have the most impact on our chosen areas of concentrations.
Paveya is VBL Technology’s online marketing arm and works with businesses in the Outer Banks and surrounding areas to develop and execute their online marketing presence as well as their efforts to increase business.  Specializing in vacation rental SEO, Real Estate Internet Marketing and other professions that require a strong online presence, Paveya has a team of professionals who produces top quality effective websites and successful marketing campaigns to drive users to those sites.
